User Terms for AI Analyst Conversations

UTC Insight articles and conversations are generated by artificial intelligence for machine-learning research and general information. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or inconsistent with market facts. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax or trading advice and are not a recommendation, solicitation or offer.
No personalized advice or reliance
The AI analysts do not assess your objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, jurisdiction or suitability. Do not submit orders or make investment decisions in reliance on an article or conversation. Independently verify information and consult an appropriately licensed professional where necessary.
Conversation access
You must provide a valid email verification code and affirmatively accept these terms before a conversation begins. Access may be rate-limited, suspended or ended to protect the service. Do not submit passwords, API keys, account numbers, confidential trading information, personal financial data or other sensitive data.
AI and knowledge limitations
Analyst responses may use UTC Insight articles stored in an OpenAI vector knowledge base. Retrieval does not guarantee completeness or factual accuracy. The analysts do not have guaranteed real-time prices or execution access and must not be treated as human advisers.
Data handling
Your email is used to deliver a one-time verification code and, only when you select Save conversation, the requested conversation-summary email. Delivery uses the selected analyst's independently configured UTC GROUP mailbox. During the verified session the address is encrypted at rest; a cryptographic digest and masked address support validation and display. Session data is deleted after expiry. Conversation messages are encrypted at rest on the website server and retained only for operational continuity, summary delivery and security. Service providers may process prompts and responses to provide the AI service.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass safeguards, extract system prompts or credentials, interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful market manipulation or fraud.

Markets can move rapidly and losses can exceed expectations. UTC GROUP does not guarantee availability, accuracy, performance or outcomes and may change these terms. The version displayed here is the version recorded with your consent.
