Beware of impersonation
Fraudsters may misuse the names, logos, domain names, employee names, or public information of financial and technology companies to create fake websites, messaging accounts, social media profiles, job offers, investment groups, trading apps, or payment instructions. UTC takes impersonation seriously and encourages visitors to verify communications carefully.
UTC does not solicit public trading funds
- UTC does not ask members of the public to transfer money, cryptocurrency, securities, or other assets for trading through social media, messaging groups, private chats, or unofficial websites.
- UTC does not offer guaranteed returns, managed retail accounts, signal subscriptions, copy-trading services, public investment clubs, or personal trading advice through this website.
- UTC does not ask applicants, vendors, or visitors to reveal banking passwords, broker passwords, one-time passcodes, API secrets, wallet private keys, or remote desktop access credentials.
- UTC does not require job applicants to pay recruitment fees, training deposits, equipment deposits, or account-opening fees.
Common warning signs
- Messages from look-alike domains, unofficial email addresses, newly created social media accounts, or messaging handles claiming to represent UTC.
- Urgent instructions to transfer funds, buy digital assets, install remote-control software, disclose passwords, or join a private investment group.
- Promises of fixed profits, risk-free trading, special access to a trading robot, inside information, or guaranteed account recovery.
- Requests to continue communication away from official channels or to keep the communication secret from banks, family members, law enforcement, or regulators.
How to protect yourself
- Verify that you are visiting https://utc.group or another official UTC domain that you reached directly, not through a suspicious link.
- Do not send funds or credentials to anyone claiming to represent UTC unless you have independently verified the request through an official UTC channel.
- Preserve screenshots, URLs, email headers, wallet addresses, phone numbers, social media handles, and payment details if you suspect impersonation.
- Report suspected fraud to your bank, platform provider, local police, or relevant authority as soon as possible. In Singapore, suspicious scams may be reported through official police or anti-scam channels.

UTC may use the information to investigate, issue warnings, contact platforms, preserve records, or assist appropriate authorities.
