▎ Job Summary
This position is part of Trading Desk of UTC and is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance as well as risk control of the fund’s independently developed intelligent trading system. The trading system adopts a human-machine integrated operating model: most trading decisions and order executions are completed automatically by the system, while a small number of high-value trading signals are generated as callouts by the system, which can only be executed upon review and confirmation by the futures trading risk controller.
As the final safety barrier between the trading system and the market, the risk controller shall complete signal verification, order approval or rejection, and respond to abnormal events within a strict time window.
▎ Key Responsibilities
- Trading System Monitoring: Monitor the real-time operation status of the trading system, order execution, position distribution and account risk indicators during shifts, ensuring the system operates stably within normal parameters
- Callout Review and Confirmation: After the system generates trading signals (Callouts), quickly evaluate the signal direction, lot size, trading variety and market environment within the specified time window, and decide to approve or reject the execution.
- Abnormal Incident Response: Handle emergencies in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) when the system triggers risk control warnings, including but not limited to sharp market reversals, abnormal liquidity, and excessive positions. Measures include suspending the system, manual position liquidation, and adjusting risk control parameters.
- Order Lifecycle Management: Track the execution status of confirmed orders, handle issues such as partial fills, pending order timeouts, and abnormal slippage, ensuring the entire order process from generation to settlement complies with regulations.
- Logging and Reporting: Record all operational events and decision bases during shifts, and prepare daily trading reports and abnormal incident reports as required.
- Shift Handover: Complete shift handover in accordance with standard procedures, ensuring complete transmission of information on pending orders, open positions and system status.

- Familiar with the trading rules and risk characteristics of mainstream futures and foreign exchange products, including precious metals, energy and major foreign exchange currency pairs.
- Have sound risk awareness and strict discipline execution ability; able to operate in strict accordance with preset SOPs and risk control rules without unauthorized subjective decisions.
- Able to adapt to shift work, and capable of maintaining high concentration during night and early morning shifts.
- Basic English/Chinese reading skills (the system interface and some instructions are in English/Chinese).

- Required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and strictly comply with the confidentiality requirements for the trading system and strategies.
