Bangi, Malaysia, June 9, 2026 — UTC held its UKM campus recruitment event at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia on June 9 and 10, meeting students from local Malaysian programs as well as international students from Europe, North America, India, and other regions.

The event introduced UTC’s NextGen Talent Program under the theme “Build the Future of Finance With Us.” UTC shared its focus on global financial markets, quantitative research, AI-driven innovation, trading technology, and risk-adjusted solutions. Students discussed career paths with the team and learned how technology, data, and market research are applied in real trading and risk-management scenarios.
Recruitment materials presented at UKM covered four main openings: Model Engineering Intern, Trading Automation Engineering Intern, Trading Risk Controller, and Trading Risk Assistant. These roles are designed for 2026–2027 undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral graduates, with work locations in Malaysia and Singapore.
The two-day session gave UTC the opportunity to speak directly with students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds. Discussions covered financial time-series models, LLM fine-tuning, trading automation, execution systems, monitoring, reporting, and risk-control operations. Students also asked practical questions about required skills, daily responsibilities, and long-term development within the company.
UTC will continue building relationships with universities and young professionals in Malaysia, supporting talent interested in finance, technology, and global capital markets.
