【Responsibilities】
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of LLMs and ML models for NLP applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, conduct experiments, and evaluate models for performance and scalability.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in LLMs, ML, and NLP technologies and apply them to enhance our products and services.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on LLMs, ML, and NLP best practices.
【Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in building with LLM’s such as GPT-4, Llama-3,Claude, and a background in Machine Learning and/or NLP
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch,
or similar. - Strong understanding of LLM architectures, such as GPT, BERT, or
Transformer models. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for exploring
new technologies and methodologies. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams. - Kubernetes ,Cuda, NVIDIA AI Enterprise environment development experience is preferred
