【Responsibilities】

  • Identify and develop profitable options trading strategies, including market making, volatility arbitrage, and cross-market opportunities.
  • Design and implement systematic trading strategies using quantitative methods.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance strategy performance, seeking new opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to optimize and implement trading algorithms.
  • Stay informed about market trends, advancements in options trading, and relevant technologies.

 

【Requirements】

  • In-depth knowledge of options mechanics and trading strategies.
  • At least 3 years of experience trading options in a hedge fund or proprietary trading firm.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing systematic, algorithmic trading strategies.
  • Proficiency in Python for research, backtesting, and strategy implementation, with familiarity with financial data analysis tools such as pandas and numpy.
  • An entrepreneurial approach with strong independent and team-working capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
