We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Head of Security to lead our corporate security function. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in corporate security management, with a proven track record of designing and implementing security strategies that build risk awareness, enhance internal controls, and support ethical business practices. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security, including risk management, executive protection, and business continuity, while protecting the organization from both internal and external threats.

【Responsibilities】

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that safeguard the company’s assets, people, and reputation.
  • Lead global security operations and manage security risks across multiple geographies, ensuring the company’s compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Oversee investigations, audits, and security assessments, ensuring effective management of security incidents and identification of potential risks.
  • Provide executive protection for senior leaders and VIPs, ensuring their safety during travel, events, and public engagements.
  • Develop risk management protocols, including threat assessments, emergency preparedness, and crisis management plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate security goals.
  • Lead and mentor security teams across regions, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor security trends and threats to anticipate emerging risks and adapt strategies accordingly.

【Requirements】

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate security, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in security management, risk management, investigations, and audits.
  • Proven ability to handle and mitigate major security threats, safeguarding company assets and reputation.
  • Experience in executive protection and travel security for high-profile individuals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams in a global environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex security concepts to executive leadership and influence decision-making at the highest level.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of building and executing long-term security programs that align with corporate goals.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPP, PSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
