Order Execution Specialist
Department: Trading Desk – Order Execution Team

Position Summary
- Responsible for parameter configuration and daily management of core trading strategies
- Monitor, optimize, and analyze strategy execution and performance
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor execution status and performance of trading strategies
- Adjust strategy parameters according to market conditions
- Manage entry and exit condition configurations
- Monitor take-profit, stop-loss, and trailing stop execution
- Record strategy performance data and prepare execution reports
- Collaborate with technical and risk control teams
- Propose strategy optimization suggestions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
- 1+ year of forex or precious metals trading experience
- Understanding of mainstream trading strategy logic
- Familiarity with trading platforms
- Strong data sensitivity and market observation ability
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in proprietary trading firms
- Knowledge of algorithmic or programmatic trading
- Technical analysis skills
- Experience trading macro financial instruments
