【Responsibilities】
- Provide support for Cloud incidents and problems. Perform monitoring, profiling and troubleshooting of existing solutions.
- Provide support for Openshift Containers Platform and Kubernetes incidents and problems. Perform monitoring, profiling, and troubleshooting of existing solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable OpenShift/Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and deploy them on Kubernetes.
- Optimize Kubernetes cluster performance, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
- Ensure the security of Kubernetes clusters by following best practices and implementing security controls.
- Automate Kubernetes deployment and management processes using infrastructure as code tools.
- Stay up to date with Kubernetes ecosystem developments and propose improvements.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, existing systems and applications.
- Create technical documentation and implement a solution’s definition.
- Collaborate with your teammates to continuously evolve the platform and ensure service excellence.
- Constantly learn about new technologies and apply those concepts to customer needs.
- To work in Agile mode to continuously develop the environment to fulfil the requirements from the different stakeholders.
- Participate in Solution Strategy, innovation areas and technology roadmap globally.
【Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- 1 year of experience with Kubernetes, Docker (preferentially Openshift).
- 1 year of experience with software engineering or software systems engineering in professional or academic environments
- 1 year of experience with programming, scripting, or mark-up languages, including Bash, Python, JSON, or YAML in professional or academic environments
- 1 year of experience with Linux operating systems and command line interfaces administration in professional or academic environments
- 1 year of experience with Windows operating systems, Power Shell scripting in professional or academic environments
- 1 year of experience with software version control systems, including Git preferred in professional or academic environments.
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong communication (English verbal and written) & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical personnel.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic, and agile environment, including the ability to manage time and maintain an excellent work ethic.

- Knowledge of serverless computing frameworks (Knative, AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, …).
- Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
- Experience with GitHub and/or Azure DevOps
- Experience with Agile development techniques.
- Possession of excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills.
