【Responsibilities】

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems based on Java
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end systems
  • Write clear, maintainable code and conduct code reviews
  • Debug production environment issues and optimize application performance

 

【Requirements】

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
  • 3+ years of Java development experience
  • Proficient in SpringBoot framework and MyBatis ORM framework
  • Mastery of Java core technologies, including multi-threaded programming, collection framework, JVM tuning, etc.
  • Familiar with team collaboration development tools such as SVN or Git
  • Familiar with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Practical experience with distributed systems, caching mechanisms, message queues, and search engines
  • Understand and be able to apply high-concurrency and high-availability system design principles
  • Familiar with Elasticsearch; priority given to those with practical project experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

 

【Bonus Points】

  • Experience with big data processing (e.g., Spark, Flink, etc.)
  • Familiar with microservice architecture and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Experience contributing to open-source projects
