【Responsibilities】

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws in the US, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates for specialized roles in trading, finance, and operations.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing any conflicts or concerns, and ensuring a healthy workplace culture.
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems, compensation plans, and incentive programs.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and career growth.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations, including employment contracts, benefits, and termination policies.
  • Provide advice to management on HR-related issues, including organizational development and succession planning.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in labor laws to ensure the company remains compliant.

【Requirements】

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the financial services, commodities trading, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices in the US, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse, global team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  •  Proficiency in HR management software and tools for recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
