Job Description: The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and compliance with labor laws in multiple jurisdictions. This role will support the growth of the company by implementing HR strategies that align with the business objectives in commodities trading and ensure a positive working environment across different regions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws in the US, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates for specialized roles in trading, finance, and operations.
Oversee employee relations, addressing any conflicts or concerns, and ensuring a healthy workplace culture.
Design and manage performance appraisal systems, compensation plans, and incentive programs.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and career growth.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations, including employment contracts, benefits, and termination policies.
Provide advice to management on HR-related issues, including organizational development and succession planning.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in labor laws to ensure the company remains compliant.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the financial services, commodities trading, or related industries.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices in the US, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse, global team.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in HR management software and tools for recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
