【Responsibilities】
- Collect and analyze domestic and international compensation data, HR policies, and market trends; write industry/position/competitor salary research reports to stay current with external HR market changes
- Manage recruitment plans, deeply understand recruitment needs for financial trading/development/engineering/operations positions, independently create recruitment posters and talent profiles
- Develop and maintain recruitment channels, such as website recruitment, campus recruitment, talent mapping, and high-end one-on-one recruitment, utilizing various channels to quickly meet company talent needs
- Optimize recruitment processes, conduct recruitment activities including but not limited to: posting recruitment advertisements, resume screening, interview arrangements, offer negotiations, recruitment data analysis, effectively improving recruitment ROI
- Participate in HR department operations, assist Global HR Head in preparing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating specific regional activities, including leadership development, new employee training, cultural motivation, corporate values building, big data analysis, etc., assist in HR-related information organization and data analysis
【Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management/Process Management/Psychology/Political Science/Criminal Investigation/Competitive Intelligence
- Ability to deeply engage with business operations and link HR work with business needs; experience in financial trading/AI B2B recruitment preferred; familiarity with B2B sales, pre-sales, solutions, technical support, front-end/back-end development, product operations recruitment is a plus
- Priority given to candidates with in-depth theoretical and practical experience in 1-2 HR areas such as HRBP/Performance/Training/Employee Relations/Corporate Culture
- Fluency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) preferred
