Hedge Trading Specialist
Department: Trading Desk – Order Execution Team (Hedging)

Position Summary
- Responsible for parameter configuration and daily management of hedge strategies
- Use hedge strategies for risk protection and position management
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage hedge strategy execution
- Configure hedge strategy trigger conditions and execution parameters
- Evaluate hedge strategy activation timing
- Monitor hedge position performance and risk exposure
- Manage hedge position unwinding and release
- Record hedge execution data and analyze effectiveness
- Work closely with the risk control team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
- 2+ years of forex or precious metals trading experience
- Deep understanding of hedge trading and risk management principles
- Strong risk awareness and on-the-spot judgment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hedge funds or proprietary trading firms
- Familiarity with multiple hedging techniques
- FRM or CFA certification
