【Responsibilities】
- Assist Financial Manager in organizing, extracting, and integrating group financial data from tools and technical perspectives, establishing and executing various financial and tax work tasks
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and business data, proficient in using SQL, Python, Tableau, and other languages and tools to build financial analysis reports
- Streamline and optimize existing financial data analysis content, processes, and mechanisms; deeply mine financial data value to support financial department decision-making
- Interface with internal system development work, providing professional opinions and suggestions on requirement review, testing, launch, report design, data standardization, data conversion, and enterprise data asset management
- Support company key project management, using data analysis to identify work issues, propose improvements, and explore methods to improve ROI
【Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, or related fields
- Priority given to candidates with 3+ years of financial data analysis experience in financial trading/AI fields
- Excellent business analysis skills (structured thinking), keen data insight, and ability to learn and master data analysis tools and technologies
- Strong communication and coordination skills, learning ability, achievement-driven, strong confidentiality awareness, and professional ethics
- Proficient in data processing and analysis, skilled in Office software; priority given to those proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau or other data analysis/visualization tools, Hive, Spark, and familiar with common financial and tax statistical analysis models and algorithms
- Familiar with domestic or international accounting standards; professional certifications in finance and taxation preferred
- Fluency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) preferred
