【Responsibilities】
- Data Collection Management: Review and organize multiple data sources, develop data collection tasks, design automated business processes for data collection, establish quality acceptance standards for data collection
- Data Transformation Management: Clean and transform metadata samples, develop data processing transformation tasks, design automated business processes for data processing, establish quality acceptance standards for transformation work, verify transformation results
- Data Annotation Management: Participate in designing/optimizing data annotation models and review models, develop data annotation and review tasks, design automated business processes for data annotation and review, establish quality acceptance standards for data annotation and review, verify annotation results, ensure data compliance
- Data Storage Management: Receive, verify, backup, and clear all business data
【Requirements】
- College degree or above in Computer Science, Foreign Languages, Journalism, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related fields. Fresh graduates welcome
- Working language is English, must have good written and oral English communication skills, proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus
- Priority given to candidates with experience in finance, statistics, journalism, or data analysis industries
- Priority given to those proficient in Python, HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages
- Must be able to collaborate with multiple business teams, analyze and understand different business units’ data needs to transform them into report/dashboard specifications and deliverable solutions
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision and accurately manage own workload
- Proactive in suggesting improvements to processes, systems, code, etc., and prioritizing tasks
