Job Description: The Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting the company’s trading and business functions. The role involves overseeing office facilities, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies management, facility maintenance, and logistics.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all office locations (US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong).
Coordinate with other departments for office space planning, equipment needs, and administrative support.
Support event planning, including company meetings, training sessions, and external conferences.
Manage the company’s corporate governance documents and assist with filing regulatory documentation.
Implement and improve administrative policies, procedures, and office management systems.
Supervise administrative staff and manage their performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5+ years of administrative management experience, preferably in a multinational or trading firm.
Experience in office management in an international setting, with familiarity in the US, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office and administrative management tools.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage a team and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
