▎ Key Responsibilities 

  1. Manage the daily operations of the trading risk control and finance middle office, including fund deposits and withdrawals, trade reconciliation, daily settlement, position monitoring, fund clearing, trade record maintenance, and related operational processes. 
  2. Configure, adjust, validate, and document trading robot and trading terminal parameters in accordance with trading strategies. Continuously monitor robot performance to ensure accurate strategy execution. 
  3. Support the trading desk with position management, trading data organization, trading report preparation, fund tracking, and other day-to-day trading operations. 
  4. Regularly consolidate trading operations data and trading robot performance data, generate weekly and monthly analytical reports, analyze strategy performance, position opening activities, and product performance, and organize relevant reports and documentation in the shared folder. 
  5. Maintain trading accounts, fund accounts, and operational data on a daily basis. Follow up on issues identified during trading, fund management, and settlement processes, document resolutions, and ensure all issues are closed in a timely manner. 
  6. Complete shift logs, handover records, and operational documentation as required. Work closely with the trading, risk control, and finance teams, and perform other trading operations and middle-office support duties assigned by management. 

▎ Job Requirements 

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates majoring in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, or other IT-related disciplines are preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in Finance, Accounting, or related fields are also encouraged to apply. 
  2. Basic knowledge of Windows system administration and familiarity with system management tools such as Task Scheduler, Event Viewer, and Performance Monitor. 
  3. Experience in entry-level IT operations or a background in finance or accounting, with an interest in financial trading middle- and back-office operations. 
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with strong data organization and documentation skills. 
  5. Strong awareness of information security and professional ethics, with the ability to strictly comply with confidentiality requirements. 
  6. Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and public holidays, with the ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to operational issues. 
  7. Basic English reading skills, including the ability to understand system interfaces, logs, and technical documentation. 

▎ Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in IT operations within the financial industry, such as securities firms, futures companies, fund management companies, or exchanges. 
  • Experience in middle- or back-office operations within the securities or futures industry, or relevant accounting and finance experience. 
  • Familiarity with information security compliance requirements and middle- and back-office compliance standards in the financial services industry. 

▎ Working Conditions & Notes 

  1. The Trading Desk operates on a 24/5 rotating shift schedule, including night shifts and public holiday coverage, to ensure the continuous and stable operation of trading systems. 
  2. Employees are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The role involves access to system configuration files and core infrastructure. All technical information, system architecture, deployment plans, and operational procedures are considered highly confidential business information and must not be disclosed under any circumstances. 
  3. New hires will undergo 2–4 weeks of structured training covering system architecture, operational procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Access to the production environment will only be granted upon successful completion of the assessment. 
  4. The position involves privileged access to trading systems and operational infrastructure. Background checks and security screening may be required.

 Interview Process 

  • Initial Screening Interview (Online/Phone): Assess the candidate’s professional background and overall fit for the role.  
  • Practical Assessment: Complete job-related tasks in a simulated working environment to evaluate practical skills and execution.  
  • Final Interview: Meet with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and relevant department leaders.
