Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and trading robots, including comprehensive morning/evening inspections and scheduled spot checks. Identify and troubleshoot abnormalities, maintain accurate inspection logs, and ensure the stable operation of all systems.
  • Strictly execute risk control and financial middle-office requirements, including but not limited to accurately completing the full fund deposit and withdrawal process, performing daily settlement reconciliation (trade verification), monitoring positions and fund settlements, maintaining transaction records, and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Assist the trading desk in adjusting trading parameters for robots and trading terminals, verify parameter effectiveness, maintain detailed adjustment records, and ensure alignment with predefined trading strategies.
  • Support the trading desk in handling trading-related information, position management, data organization, and basic risk management.
  • Promptly report and follow up on all operational incidents and abnormalities (including equipment, trading robots, deposits/withdrawals, etc.), participate in post-incident reviews and corrective actions, prevent recurrence of similar issues, and uphold compliance standards at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, or other IT-related disciplines are preferred; candidates with backgrounds in Finance, Accounting, or related fields are also encouraged to apply.
  • Possess basic Windows system administration and maintenance skills, with familiarity in system management tools such as Task Scheduler, Event Viewer, and Performance Monitor.
  • Have a solid understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and be capable of independently troubleshooting common network connectivity issues.
  • Prior experience in entry-level IT operations/support is preferred, or experience in finance, accounting, or related fields with an interest in supporting middle- and back-office operations within a financial trading environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with strong data organization and document management skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of information security and professional ethics, with the ability to strictly adhere to confidentiality requirements.
  • Able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts and public holidays, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and respond promptly to operational issues.
  • Possess basic English reading skills, including the ability to understand system interfaces, logs, and technical documentation.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior IT operations and maintenance experience in the financial industry, such as securities firms, futures companies, fund management companies, or exchanges.
  • Experience in middle- and back-office operations with trading desk, or relevant accounting/financial operations experience.
  • Familiarity with information security compliance frameworks, including cybersecurity protection requirements, as well as middle- and back-office compliance standards within the financial services industry.

Working Conditions & Notes

Additional Information:

  • The Trading Operations Desk operates on a 24/5 rotating shift schedule, including night shifts and public holiday coverage, to ensure the continuous and stable operation of trading systems.
  • Employees are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The role involves access to system configurations and core infrastructure. All technical information, system architecture, deployment plans, and operational procedures are considered highly confidential business information and must not be disclosed under any circumstances.
  • New hires will undergo 2–4 weeks of structured training covering system architecture, operational procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Access to the production environment will only be granted upon successful completion of the assessment.
  • The position involves privileged access to trading systems and operational infrastructure. Candidate’s background check may apply if required.
