【Responsibilities】
- Conduct research, training, and application of Large Language Models (LLM) in the financial industry, covering multilingual capabilities, knowledge enhancement, model architecture optimization, and performance improvement
- Build, maintain, and manage the hardware and software infrastructure of the company’s artificial intelligence laboratory
- Conduct parallel multi-machine, multi-GPU training experiments
- Perform high-performance model inference experiments
- Track and develop cutting-edge AI technologies to support the company’s general-purpose and domain-specific pre-trained model development and continuous optimization
【Requirements】
- Open to all nationalities, PhD degree to be obtained in 2025, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields; background in finance is a plus
- Strong foundation and experience in engineering or machine learning algorithms
- Excellent physical fitness, genuine passion for technology, ability to write code and troubleshoot issues hands-on in the laboratory
- Courage to tackle unknown challenges, maintain composure when facing difficulties, ability to solve problems thoroughly by investigating root causes, keen observation skills, and clear logical thinking
- Strong sense of work responsibility, willingness to take on unknown responsibilities, first-class self-learning ability, communication skills, and self-motivation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to explore new technologies with the team and drive technical progress
- Familiarity with LLM, NLP, CV, speech-related algorithms and technologies; preference given to those familiar with large model training, diffusion, and RL algorithms
- Practical experience in any of the following areas is preferred: CUDA, RDMA, AI Infrastructure, HW/SW Co-Design, High Performance Computing, ML Hardware Architecture (GPU, Accelerators, Networking), ML for System, Distributed Storage
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
