【Responsibilities】

  • Design administrative service processes, improve administrative business management systems, and optimize administrative management workflows
  • Infrastructure and operations of various offices, including attendance, vehicles, procurement, engineering, logistics, property management, and comprehensive administrative service support
  • Coordinate with different business line managers to promote group values, continuously improve customer service standards across business lines, responsible for brand reputation and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate company-wide business meetings and events, proficient in various audio/video recording and editing, plan and organize B2C events/expert advisor dialogues/company learning activities, ensure high-quality execution of various events
  • Interface with internal system development work, providing professional opinions and suggestions on requirement review, testing, launch, report design, data standardization, data conversion, and enterprise data asset management
  • Support company key project management, using data analysis to identify work issues, propose improvements, and explore methods to improve ROI

 

【Requirements】

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Chinese/English/International Relations/Journalism/Diplomacy
  • Priority given to those familiar with administrative management, organizational structure, and related administrative service processes in finance/AI enterprises
  • Familiar with administrative affairs, procurement, engineering, logistics, property management; independent analysis and problem-solving ability; able to handle night shift work pressure; strong self-motivation
  • Strong interpersonal communication, coordination, and organizational skills; excellent emergency response, external relations, and public relations abilities; priority given to those with government/media reception and PR experience
  • First-class physical fitness, sense of responsibility, professional dedication, team spirit; priority given to award winners for acts of bravery, government confidential department workers/veterans
  • Proficient in using and maintaining common office software, operating systems, office automation equipment; priority given to those skilled in DingTalk OA/Microsoft Dynamics/Jira management tools and fluent in English
