【Responsibilities】
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data integration and management
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our Data platform
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement data transformation rules
- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and implement data cleansing strategies
- Create and maintain documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and data transformation rules
- Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve issues in a timely manner
【Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as an ETL Developer in the Financial or related industry
- Strong knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or SSIS
- Experience with SQL and database systems such as Elasticsearch, Postgresql, Doris, Mongodb,MySQL,Neo4J,Milvus
- Understanding of data modeling and data warehouse concepts
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and perform data profiling and quality checks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of banking systems and financial data is preferred
