Position Summary
- Responsible for technical operations of the proprietary quantitative trading system
- Ensure 24/7 system stability, efficiency, and reliability
- Provide technical support for trading operations
Key Responsibilities
- Daily operation and monitoring of quantitative trading systems
- Configure and optimize system technical parameters
- Monitor system status and handle abnormal situations promptly
- Perform troubleshooting and emergency response
- Prepare technical documentation and operation reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams on system upgrades and iterations
- Provide technical support and training to business teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
- 2+ years of technical operations or system development experience
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, C++, MQL, etc.)
- Basic understanding of quantitative trading and technical indicators
- Foundation in statistics and probability theory
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in quantitative trading or financial system operations
- Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms
- Knowledge of machine learning or time-series analysis
- CFA, FRM, or other finance-related certifications
